2 Camden, NJ -Another sad case of desperation fueling crime

3 Detroit, MI -with the automobile industry crashing, the Big D has the highest unemployment in the nation

4 St. Louis, MO???- In 2009, St Louis made the Top 10 in Forbes Magazine's list of the Most Miserable Cities in America [43] The list was based on nine factors: commute times, corruption, pro sports teams, Superfund sites, taxes (both income and sales), unemployment, violent crime and weather. 5 Oakland, CA -hard living...Oakland is a city that makes a person hard
