I'm on the outside looking in, it seems this group of talented ladies should have made their money and shut the hell up and got your money. But all things come to an end when they are supposed to...

We all can CLEARLY see that working for HBIC "Sean John Puffy Puff Daddy Diddy Combs" was no easy task but why let attitudes get in the way of making MONEY...

Lesson One-You can not argue or fight and win against the BIGGEST diva in the industry....Where is Total, Shyne, Mario Winans, Loon, Mase, The Original Band, Dream(who you were actually meant to replace), Faith Evans...and countless other careers he has ruined right now???

He/her has more clout, more money, more connections and less TALENT then ALL of you ladies but that doesn't stop him from using you.

The bigger picture that all of you missed, maybe not D. Woods, is that you were only around as long as he wanted you around...Puffy has NO invested interest in working with you for 10+ years or developing ANY of you (that was for Dawn). He sucks talent out of the hungry because he has none.

Just some friendly advice to you all...

Aubrey-MARRY WELL...You have two more years or LESS before your stock will not be SHIT and you will no be able to live down your ignorant mouth.

Audrea-Go back to school and get an education. We saw you without make up and you DO not have the look the industry is looking for in a solo act. You best bet was Danity Kane and now that you have disbanded, do something in corporate America.

Dawn-Dump Que, he is a ladybug....real talk. Work on yourself. Buy some breasts, find a hair style that helps make you look more feminine and get as far away from Sean Combs as you can. He is going to use you and you will NEVER had a solo career.

D.Woods-I actually like you. I have seen you out a few times in ATL and you seem cool. It feels like you are "trying to find yourself". My advice for you is to find a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE, NOT RAPPER OR SINGER, PRO ATHLETE and settle down. Have a baby or two BUT make sure he doesn't have a wife already or a bunch of babies mommas. You are talented but what is your nitch as a solo artist? We have Beyonce, Ashanti, Brandy, Mya, Monica,etc...ENOUGH

Shannon-You are marketable and seem to be the only one with some "common sense". GO COUNTRY!!! You are pretty enough right now where they can market you and you are totally taking yourself out of Puffy's grasp.

In closing, I wish all you ladies good luck and please, NO MORE REUNIONS.
