The bad boy himself, radio DJ Micheal Baisden, posed the idea that “all men are not monogamous by nature,” which accounts for the reasons why so many men cheat. We have to laugh at such a ludicrous statement. Along with all of the other preposterous reasons as to why men cheat, women must now succumb to the idea that all men have inherently acquired the desire to resist monogamy and/or view it as unnatural? Seriously, when is enough, enough? People are good in math by nature. People happen to have creative abilities by nature. But, in no medical journal have I ever seen the “men are not monogamous by nature” theory. You know why? Because, it’s crap. Monogamy is a choice, not an inherited quality. If that was the case, then how to we account for the millions of happily married couples whom have not engaged in extramarital affairs? Are those husbands just somehow fighting off their intrinsic need to cheat?
Women are not even included in the matter. Apparently they are born with the ability to maintain healthy monogamous relationships. However, because of the MB loophole, they must understand that their men will tip out every once and while. After all, it’s in his blood, right? Not for one moment should anyone be allowed to glorify or subdue the act of cheating by attaching such an idiotic label.
The real question is… why are so many men choosing to cheat? Let’s deal with that instead of making up ideas to make cheating seem normal and even necessary. Lately the media, especially black mainstream media, has been discussing the issue with a lighthearted and very nonchalant approach. Cheating is a real issue. Just ask the millions of Black women that tested positive for HIV. It is not okay to provide some pseudo biological justification for someone with an endless amount of wild oats to sow. We’re dealing with an issue of character and decency, or lack there of. You want to sleep around? Be single.
I dont agree with this article 100%, what do you think?
