Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. -1 Peter 5:7
Worry solves no problem. Rather, worry adds to and complicates the existing problems and creates new ones. It builds a wall between us and God as we lose our faith in Him. He has a fixed schedule for each and every one of us. Our worries and fears should drive us closer and not an inch further from God. How wonderful it is that God personally cares about those things that worry us and prey upon our thoughts.
Today we will let go of the stomach-tensing, blood-pressure-raising thoughts, and ask God to help it escape our minds as we move forward in the days ahead.
